GOOD MORNING, It's a new year as fund buying activity propels prices to new contract highs on continuing concerns over South American production levels.  Argentina is the focus as the drying trend shows few signs of letting up.  Brazil's weather pattern did not change much during the holiday, and they remain in slightly better shape. Argentina's announcement last week that they would stop corn exports served to heighten concerns that more countries are going to do the same, going into protective mode to ensure adequate supplies for domestic use.  The January WASDE is around the corner, and in lieu of continuing drought challenges the current USDA numbers in December's report for SA production are probably too high.  So...
