GOOD MORNING, The markets rallied on Monday to their highest levels in months, with wheat prices in the lead and corn trying to follow. Beans and soyoil futures posted new highs for the move up this morning. It was reported that better movement was noted on this very good rally with producers an active seller of old corn and beans. As the markets seek clarity, fund shorts are on the move lightening up into the end of the year guided by technical price action and plenty of emotion. For wheat, lower US ending stocks, rising European and Russian premiums, talk of reduced exports (out of Russia), and lower production in Argentina and Australia have been enough to invite wheat bulls to play.
