GOOD MORNING, The Feb. WASDE will be released at 11:00 central time.  Typically, it is not a trend changer, but given implied tighter carry-out numbers, this report could impact the market.  Major themes include possible lower ending stocks, possible lower world South American crop numbers, and higher export numbers.   Traders will also be keeping an eye on China's domestic corn supply numbers to see if the USDA is too high.  If these all come to fruition, it will justify long positions held by funds that include an estimated 395K corn, 185K beans, 120K soyoil, 75K meal, and 20K wheat.   As it stands, stocks for corn and beans are at their lowest point since 2014, with world-wide demand strong.  Glo...
