GOOD MORNING,  The market continued to respond to the USDA report on Monday with grains undergoing a round of long liquidation while shorts covered in some of their bean positions.  Beans further popped yesterday following the announcement of a delay in new tariffs on China.  As to talks, US Commerce Sec Ross said no date has been set for the next face-to-face China/US trade talks while adding that there was no quid pro quo from China regarding the US decision to put off tariffs on some Chinese goods.  Bean bears are on guard now in case China does purchase some as a goodwill gesture.  The political scene is getting very interesting in Argentina where President Macri could be challenged.  Typically, Argentine...
