GOOD MORNING, New highs were again posted for some of the markets.  May beans trades over $16.00, while May corn trades over $7.00.  Corn prices are now at 8-year highs, while wheat is at its highest level since Feb. 2013.   End-users scrambling in the market to secure supplies remains the focal point of trade.  Shorts are trying to get out in front of first notice day Friday.  Global trade flows have to adjust, bringing changes to the usual export picture.   There is talk that Argentina has shipped corn into the Southwest market.  Brazil is also looking to Argentina for corn.   There are more stories that Asian feed manufacturers are switching to wheat in animal rations as multi-year...
