GOOD MORNING, Prices are lower after a disappointing USDA Feb. report that did not deliver the bullish information as expected given fund length.  As is typical after a USDA report, traders and market analysts will have to digest the numbers.  However, at this point and with harvest still ahead in South America, it likely would take a further weather problem to see prices return to established contract highs.  Another major factor in holding current lows is if China comes in and views the sell-off as a good point to purchase.  The March report will likely confirm whether prices have peaked or not.  Chart watchers will be closely watching lower support points to verify if tops are in.
