Russian Grain Markets: 11-15 January 2021 The Russian domestic market prices moved insignificantly, increasing mainly in the southern region, as the market hasn’t yet reacted to the decision of the government to increase the wheat export duty €50/MT 1 March and introduce a corn export duty of €15/MT and barley of €10/MT 15 March. Meanwhile, export milling wheat average price grew to $296/MT FOB Black Sea. The average purchase price range grew significantly: RUB 18,000-18,300/MT.
