Russian Grain Markets: 24-28 February 2020 Wheat prices on the domestic Russian market grew slightly in ruble expression but decreased in dollar expression due to a weaker ruble. On the export market, prices kept decreasing.The milling wheat average price decreased to $215/MT FOB Black Sea. Purchase prices grew to RUB 13,000/MT. Feed barley average export price decreased to $185/MT FOB Black Sea, the purchase prices decreased to RUB 10,700/MT CPT-port Black Sea.
