Russian Grains Markets: 27 June-1 July 2022 Russia continued harvesting grains and it seems like the 2022 crop will be very close to a record. Russian Grain Union is expecting 84 MMT of grains according to Akradiy Zlochevsky, the head of the Union. The most recent forecasts showed 122 MMT of grains, including 80 MMT of wheat. The historic record of grain production was in 2017 when production was 135.5 MMT of which 86 MMT was wheat. The indicators of the previous year were 120.7 MMT of grains of which almost 76 MMT was wheat.
