Russian Grain Market Overview: 17-21 February 2020 Wheat prices on the domestic Russian market started to decrease in the European part of Russia under pressure from global trends, yet the prices in the Asian part of Russia were still increasing. On the export market, prices were mainly decreasing. Milling wheat average price decreased to $220/MT FOB Black Sea. Purchase prices remained within RUB 12,800-13,000/MT. Feed barley average export price decreased to $190/MT FOB Black Sea, purchase prices decreased to RUB 10,750/MT CPT-port Black Sea.
