Russian Grain Markets: 24-29 November 2019 Russian grain prices fluctuated but didn’t change significantly. Wheat prices in Siberia decreased moderately as demand from Kazakhstan weakened. As for export prices, the average milling wheat price grew to $210/MT FOB Black Sea. Purchase prices decreased to RUB 12,300-12,500/MT. Feed barley average export price didn’t change and amounted to $186/MT FOB Black Sea, purchase was also stable at RUB 10,600/MT CPT-port Black Sea.
