Russian Grain Markets: 14-18 December 2020 The Russian domestic market wheat prices decreased due to the decision of the Russian government to introduce the export quota and export duty for wheat. Feed barley and feed corn prices moved in different directions. Meanwhile, export milling wheat average price remained at $260/MT FOB Black Sea. The average purchase price decreased to RUB 15,200-16,000/MT. Feed barley average export price grew to $218/MT FOB Black Sea, the average purchase price remained at RUB 14,400/MT CPT-port Black Sea.
