Russian Grain Markets: 6-10 November 2017  Market Trends Milling wheat prices rose gradually in RUB expression, but they decreased in USD expression due to weakening of the ruble. Meanwhile, prices for other grains fluctuated insignificantly. GEOGRAPHICALLY 3rd grade soft milling wheat prices grew in Black Soil (+$1.30/MT) and Volga Valley (+$0.80/MT), but they decreased in Siberia (-$0.60/MT) while remaining stable in other regions. 4th grade soft milling wheat prices increased in Central (+$0.60/MT) and Black Soil (+$0.70/MT), but they dropped in Siberia and Ural (-$0.20-0.70/MT).
