The Biden Administration and Congressional Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation package has $135 billion slated for the Agriculture Committees to spend via those panels’ reconciliation instructions. Reconciliation is a process where the usually non-binding federal budget resolution gets teeth by instructing authorizing committees to come up with enabling legislation. Forecasting developments in production agriculture
On behalf of a private U.S. agricultural technology provider, WPI’s team generated an econometric model to forecast the movement of concentrated corn production north and west from the traditional U.S. Corn Belt.
