Cattle Efficiency It's been said that a statistician can have his feet in a bucket of ice and his head in an oven and declare that "on average" he feels fine. On average, weather is back to normal. That's not helping the cattle market, however, because the coasts are receiving extra rainfall, whereas the middle of the country -- cattle country -- is still stuck in a drought.
