Oilseeds Soymeal Inventory Rises Above 1 MMT China’s nationwide estimated soybean inventory surpassed 1 MMT for the first time since the end of last August, adding 78,600 MT (+8.1 percent) to finish at just over 1.05 MMT as of 26 January 2018. It was also up 367,900 MT (+53.8 percent) versus the same week a year ago. At the regional level, there were stock increases everywhere except in the Northeast and Guangxi, which had declines of 2,500 MT (-5.3 percent) to 44,700 MT and 6,400 MT (-14.2 percent) to 99,400 MT, respectively.
