China to Suspend Soybean State Reserve Auction China's National Grains and Oil Information Center (CNGOIC) recently announced that starting from the week of 19 November, China will temporarily suspend soybean reserve auctions. This announcement comes as the CNGOIC begins to purchase this year's new soybean crop for state reserves.CNGOIC also announced that the purchasing price for state reserve soybeans is set at $730.16/MT, 15 percent higher than last year's price. The procurement will cover major growing areas in Northeast China, including Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang.
