It totaled 740,400 MT as of 20 October, a decrease of 61,900 MT (-7.7 percent) from the previous week but 163,400 MT higher (+54.9 percent) than the same week in 2016. Only three regions experienced increases in their inventories with those in the North rising 17,700 MT (+57.8 percent) to 48,300 MT.
