Climate Analysis There will be a new report out on Monday from the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and predictions are that it will serve as a tool for thousands of articles written about the coming apocalypse. Progressives complain that there is too little in the bipartisan infrastructure bill that addresses climate change despite most Americans saying more needs to be done. But there is little public appetite for the costs of some of the proposed solutions.
