There will be a controversial decision on the RFS waiver from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) soon. Indeed, no matter what EPA decides, it will be controversial.As for timing, the announcement is supposed to be tomorrow, but the EPA has signaled that the deadline probably will be missed. The Agency indicates that it is still working on the waiver announcement and the 2013 volume requirements, the deadline for which is 30 November.
