Titled “The Implications of Brexit for UK, EU and Global Agricultural Reform in the Next Decade,” it lays out four scenarios: 1) the protectionist model, 2) the decoupled subsidy, 3) the income insurance method, and 4) the market-oriented model. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
