Regional News  Recent swings in temperatures across the EU could leave winter crops weakened and more vulnerable to damage. EU winter crops have escaped significant damage so far, thanks to a warmer-than-average winter, except for an early December cold spell. Temperatures in recent weeks have started to cool down, which is generally good for crops but earlier warmth brought plants out of dormancy.
