Regional News Food security continues to be the primary market driver for Europe and most other regions around the world. Efforts to increase (at least perceived) food security include export restrictions, sales from government stockpiles, and requests for approval of imports from non-traditional suppliers.  Russian wheat may soon be shipped to Brazil and millers in the latter country are seeking alternative sources to Argentine wheat.
