Regional News  Markets are increasingly concerned about growing dryness in the Northern Hemisphere. Drought is expanding in the U.S. Northern Plains and the Canadian Prairies and Europe’s weather is also trending drier. There has been little to no rainfall across France, Germany, or the UK in the past few weeks, which is boosting concerns about crop stress. WPI notes cumulative precipitation in the past 30 days over central France is 25 mm below normal, which amounts to less than half the typical rainfall.
