Regional News Ukraine is claiming that Russian forces have stolen “several hundred thousand tonnes” of grain from Ukrainian areas occupied by Russia. The news was reported by Ukraine’s deputy ag minister Taras Vysotskiy and matches what WPI’s in-country sources have reported for months now.
