Regional News  Europe’s weather patterns have shifted favorably for finishing the winter wheat crop and developing spring crops. Last week brought widespread rainfall across the continent with Southern France being a main beneficiary. Over the past two weeks, the weather shifted from dry to a more normal rainfall pattern.
