Regional News  European weather conditions remain concerning for 2021 winter crops. While eastern Europe and western Ukraine are slated for rains in the coming week, most of western Europe and, importantly, southern Russia and the eastern Black Sea region, remain concerningly dry. The planting window for the Russian winter wheat crop is ending in the next week or two, and many are wondering what will happen to the unplanted fields.
