Regional News Russia announced last week that it will impose its now-typical export quota on grains from 15 February though 30 June 2025. This year’s quota will be reduced to 11 MMT, or about one-third of last year’s 29-MMT quota. During the quota period, no shipments of corn, barley, and rye will be permitted.
