Now the Federal Reserve is considering an exit strategy on its low interest rate and loose monetary policy of the past six years.According to recent quarterly agricultural surveys released last week, Federal Reserve bankers in the Midwest and Great Plains predict the obvious: decreasing land values and lower farm incomes.
