House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Virginia) is working on a new version of the nutrition part of the farm bill to be sent to conference with the Senate Agriculture Committee. Work on the draft will continue through the August recess and, if successful, would reach the House floor once it returns on 10 September.
