There are only about 40 scheduled days of legislative session left for the remaining 2014 legislative calendar. That leaves the Congressional schedule very light with a great deal to accomplish.The Senate is scheduled to consider an energy efficiency bill this week as a cloture motion has been filed by the Senate leadership with votes anticipated later this week. The measure sets standards for energy efficiency in new buildings.
