Chinese Chicken Demand  News this past weekend that broilers would be part of the so-called Phase One trade deal with China has had more impact on stock prices than on broiler meat. Since last week, breast prices haven’t moved, leg quarter prices haven’t moved, and wing prices have dropped some. But, processers’ stock prices are up across the board. Sanderson Farms stock shot up 13 percent after the announcement, Pilgrim’s Pride increased 5.2 percent, and Tyson’s (more diversified among all species) climbed up 3.2 percent.
