General Comments There were two bullish factors in today's markets: USDA announced another major round of corn and soybean export sales to China and "unknown" destinations. The International Grains Council (IGC) reduced South American soybean production and wheat production from itsprevious forecast. Additionally, Monday is the first notice day for delivery against the May futures contracts, and no soybeans, soybean meal or corn is expected to be delivered. The outside market factors were also slightly supportive with crude a bit higher, the dollar a bit lower and financial markets steady to higher.
