General Comments The world was very bearish this morning and that overall bearishness spilled over into the grain and oilseeds markets. The U.S. jobs data was disappointing even though the unemployment rate dropped from 8.2 percent to 8.1 percent, but the drop was the result of more people dropping out of the labor force as job creation was much below expectations. That pushed U.S. financial markets to very steep losses. Crude oil and other energy markets were also very weak. Crude oil dipped below $98 at one point.
