General Comments It was a slow trading session with very little news to push prices either way. Argentina's farmers will start a five-day strike tomorrow. It should not affect world markets because of the short duration. Goldman dropped their price expectations for corn from $5.50 to $4.75 and for soybeans from $12.50 to $11.00. It is obviously not concerned about late planting having much impact on yields.Outside markets were also not much of a factor. Crude oil was a dollar higher and the dollar index was weaker.
