General Comments Soybeans led the market lower overnight and pushed prices back into the gap that higher openings created last Monday. Not much has changed from Monday in terms of the U.S. crop outlook. The dry areas are still dry and it has been extremely hot nearly everywhere. Those conditions continue to work against corn and soybean yields. Weather forecasts continue to call for increased chances of rain in the extended time period.
