General Comments What would a market week be without a turnaround Tuesday, even if it falls on Wednesday due to the holiday on Monday? The fact that today it only involved the soy complex does not matter either, because it is the soy complex that commands the most attention and provides by far the most action (not measured by volume). Of course, it is also the source of the most volatility. In today's turnaround, soybean futures gave back yesterday's gains of 30 cents or so, plus a few pennies more. Similarly, December soymeal closed up about $15 yesterday and closed down about $16 today.
