Trading volume was lethargic early today, but it improved significantly in the last hour of the session when prices started to rally. Accelerated buying into the close brought soybean futures back to their highs for the day, which was mirrored by one of the other markets. General Comments Markets spent most of the day mixed until soybeans, corn and wheat all turned higher late in the day. Prices, led by soybeans, were up ahead of the noon (EST) release of USDA’s December WASDE.
