Corn, soybean and wheat futures finished the evening session about unchanged. Minneapolis wheat futures were then firmer this morning, soybeans turned higher, and corn managed to occasionally trade slightly higher, but they did not all close that way. General Comments Based on weekend temperatures across the western Corn Belt and a basically hot, dry extended weather outlook, markets were expected to open higher Sunday evening. Instead, corn, soybean and wheat futures opened lower and traded lower almost the entire evening session on pretty good trading volume.
