Certainly, China and the EU are not looking to make a deal, and that is a problem for ag markets, but other countries are looking to end the tariff war, which is a good sign. Too, the U.S. dollar has dropped lower over the past several sessions, which makes U.S. exports more competitive despite the retaliatory tariffs.
