Wheat ARGENTINA The Argentine government apparently will not release any additional export licenses for wheat in the present campaign. Although there was no formal confirmation, employees from the UCESCI (the entity that issues the licenses) rejected all presentations of export licenses. The government released export licenses against declared stocks. It seems the government believes that it has issued too much stock, and therefore completed the exportable balance.
