Corn A few weeks ago the Argentine government granted an additional 3 MMT of corn export licenses, and the Minister of Internal Affairs granted the Chamber of Exporters (CERA) the power to distribute these licenses among exporters. CERA traditionally has been composed of the major grain exporters, but several small exporters in recent years decided to join, since the distribution of export licenses is mostly handled (and prioritized) by members.
