Mercosur Regional Analysis

The Argentine Liaison Board (SRA, CRA, FAA and CONINAGRO) on Tuesday announced the end of its seven-day national strike, but farmers threatened to stage more anti-government protests. The delivery of goods will start again soon, and delays in ports hopefully should improve little by little. Corn No trades in Argentina were reported during the last few days, but sellers are still willing to sell spot positions at +10 CN for July shipment. Because of the aforementioned farmers' strike, activity in ports was delayed and lineups are heavy.
