Soybeans Trade activity was more quiet last week in Brazil. China made purchases for July and August positions but the number of vessels involved was limited. Some trading companies took advantage of the recent drop in prices and bought positions. For instance, an August shipment that was previously traded at +105 sN C&F China was now traded at 44, indicating a decrease of 60 cents/bushel. Certain businesses took long positions by buying shipments for July and August at levels around 90s and 100s. However, they had to start selling when the market experienced a significant drop.
