Russia has now decided to allocate the wheat export quota by exporting company with about 70 percent of the export quota going to the “top ten” companies, including GTCS, Aston, Solaris, Viterra, Cargill, OZK, Zerno-Trade, LDC, AST, and Artis-Agro.
