On 30 June, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) received a petition to impose countervailing duties (CVD) and anti-dumping duties (AD) on imports of urea ammonium nitrate solutions (UAN) from Russia and Trinidad and Tobago. Commerce is proceeding with the investigation on imports from 1 January 2020 - 31 December 2021. The petition alleges unfair margins of between 169.96 to 391.65 percent on UAN imports from Russia and 158.81 percent from Trinidad and Tobago.
