USDA Cuts U.S. Soy Yield, Production, Crush, Exports and Carryout Stocks USDA reduced its forecast as expected for the U.S. soybean crop in today's supply and demand report. It is now forecasting the national average yield at 41.2 bushels/acre versus 42.6 bushels/acre last month. U.S. soybean production is now forecasted at 3.149 billion bushels (85.706 MMT), down from 3.255 billion bushels (88.6 MMT) last month.
