A Big Week for U.S. Soybean Export Sales This has been a very big week for U.S. soybean export sales. Yesterday, USDA announced that U.S. exporters had reported selling 2.112 MMT of soybeans. This included sales of 1.93 MMT to China and 182,000 MT to unknown destinations. Today's weekly export sales report indicated that U.S. exporters sold 923,000 MT of soybeans last week. In addition, USDA today also announced exporters had reported selling 120,000 MT of soybeans to unknown destinations. The combined sales total 3.155 MMT, or 8.5 percent of USDA's forecast for total U.S. soybean exports in the entire MY 2013/14.
