India Increases Soymeal Export Subsidy Because of a huge decline in the country's soymeal exports in the last year, the government of India (GOI) has raised the export subsidy. It appears that GOI may now rebate 5 percent of the FOB export value to exporters. This can be used to pay import duties on other goods or transferred to others for similar use.
