China Grants Crushers Authority to Buy and Import U.S. Soybeans at Low Tariff Rate AgriCensus today reported the government of China has authorized several Chinese soybean processors the right to buy and import an unlimited amount of U.S. soybeans over the next year at the standard tariff rate of 3 percent.
